Very nice! As a suggestion, turn off the "physX simulation" option...that is what causes all the smoke and steam to shoot in random directions.

Haha I called it!! As soon as I got the k&l notification and saw this beautiful locomotive I just knew that you would make a video about it! I really like this locomotive, not just for looks but also it's quite capable hauling ability. For being a Mikado it can really pull!! The front really reminds me of the Allegheny quite alot with the compressors (I think) on the front. Seeing a Vanderbilt tender is also quite nice for a change! I'll be adding another comment under this as I watch the video, cheers

You can really see the quality increase of the k-2 over how long Steve has been making content, they are all still so high in quality though, the old ones are just as comparable in most cases.

@@TheBroughamGamer Agreed! The e-spec script is carefully created, the texture and number of details improved a lot as well. But since the e-spec is very realistic, wheel slip when starting is almost inevitable thus make racing a bit more difficult in realistic mode. But it is a good thing for every user.

hey jones where did you download trainz and how you download the locomotives do you have to pay real money

Pham, Trainz is a payware that you could buy and download it from the platform called "Steam" (store.steampowered.com). "Steam" is a freeware and one of the largest video game digital distributor in the world. Once you downloaded "Steam" you can find and buy almost every single PC game available. Some of the games are free, but Trainz is not. You can get a much much better price during "Steam sales". Have fun! : )

They could’ve donated it to the Virginian Museum of Transportation instead of scrapping it. But we can build a full size replica of it without smoke box mounted air compressors. And it will have the same smokebox look like the C&O Kanawhas had. It will also run excursions for the Ohio Transportation Museum.

@@redranger3742 but the museum already has a mikado in their collection. So there’s no need to have 2 mikados at the B&O Railroad Museum. Maybe at Steamtown.

If you’re going to do a race, start with easy mode first, then once the engines are moving well, swap to realistic mode.
