They lying through their teeth c-sections hurt the most its the most excruciating pain. C-sections are major surgeries and it takes over five years for our bodies to completely heal internally. They shouldn't say that to you and they discounting how serious caesareans are when a woman has to have one. I had two c-sections and after my second son I got my tubes tied because the pain was so horrible and the recovery is painful. Vaginal and c-sections can be life and death for the child and mother. I have spoken to some of family and others who has experienced both c-sections and vaginal delivery and they all said c-sections are worser.

I had my son 4m ago and it was an emergency c section. After getting the epidural, my baby’s heartbeat was going slower. At one point it was very low and doctor just started running with my bed and within 5min I was in the OT. Me and my husband were so traumatized. God blesses me a beautiful baby. Though at first when we heard his crying we couldn’t believe that it was our baby! Even my husband was holding my hand instead of seeing the baby. Ah love for all the mommies who went through this. Btw I am also a c section baby❤

My son was born by c section 30 years ago. They didn't remove the placenta during the operation but pushed my belly and forced it out next day. It was the most painful experience of my life. I could never risk going through that again.

Wow, that's awful. Mistakes happen, but...why would they do that? They just forgot that babies come with placentas? What happened to your end of the umbilical chord? They put it back inside before closing you up?

@@harringt100 no, I always take a long time to come around from anesthetic, it's rare that I wake up the same day and it takes a few days for me to be able to function properly, so once it was done and over there was nothing I could do to change it and I just wasn't going to go through that again.

The nursing pillow really helped me be able to relax and keep the weight of her and my arms off of my stomach and up higher. Congratulations!!! Please be sure to take time to rest and recover, and not over do it too soon. You've got a lot of muscles that need time to heal before you try using them fully!

Went through it 2weeks ago after being in labor for 13hrs only to find that I'd only dilated 3cm and that the baby had pooped in my tummy so it was an emergency c section. The injections had a different kind of pain but the procedure is quite okay,but then the pain after the medicine has died down is beyond words! When I had a c section 36 years ago for my baby twin boys I felt so let down I wanted to have a natural vaginal birth . Then even worse they just took it upon them selves to cut me vertical a long cut starting from my naval all the way down to the top of my hair line .It always remained so horrible.I never did understand why I did not get a bikini cut. I just had this surgery done on Wednesday (8/17/22). I had an L5-S1 Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion and a Posterior Spinal Fusion so they had to give me a C-Section to successfully accomplish the spinal fusion. I spent (4) days in the hospital and home resting now. I’ve had (7) Spinal Fusions (I have severe Degenerative Disc Disease) but this was my 1st C-Section. Extremely painful procedure/surgery is an understatement!!

I had my daughter through a c-section 29 years ago. The actual procedure was painless but the recovery was hell. I can still remember I was allowed pain medicine every 4 hours. Yes you have a very high tolerance for pain. In my opinion c-sections hurt so bad the recovery process is slow and painful. I have a high tolerance for pain too but this pain was too much. I had staples for my first c-section sixteen years ago so painful.

I had an emergency c section last year after 3 other procedures and I nearly passed out on the table because I could feel everything what was happening and it was so painful. The day after I was discharged because I had "over stayed my welcome" , in the UK you get a minimum of 4 days in hospital, and I had already been there for 3 days befor my surgery....our medical system is so messed up its unreal 😕😒

C section is very common in our hospitals here in India You will not feel the pain 😅 but now you know the procedure so it's obvious that you don't want to go through it 😅 Normal delivery is good but it's more painful than this 😅
