I think what you need is just practice and visualise yourself speaking fluently and with confidence until you make it one day...Practice is key, it'S like driving (like Vinh said once)

I believe sometimes I struggle with what to say, when I was younger I use to be a good story teller and now I feel that I have forgotten how to imagine, and if I do imagine it takes me time to picture pictures to tell..
