I enjoy seeing other versions of dishes I grew up eating. I like how you used garlic in the meat. The way my mom taught me to make it is to roast lean pork tenderloin then dice/mince it before adding the pork skin and rice powder. Kind of bland. I am going to have to try your recipe. And I need to purchase rice paper trays and water bowl. Maybe then my rolls will look as pretty as yours!😀

Timothy Bosnyak you can find the rice paper water bowls online but it's a lot more expensive online. Try looking in the stores that sell the rice papers.
