Bizarre and so bizarre that initially I thought here we go with the internet crazies! Dolphins working for the us navy? Really? I have always wondered why we used to be so metabolically healthy in the 70s with the frankly awful diet. ( I’m British. I’m talking fried eggs, lots of full cream milk, frying stuff in lard, frying and eating lots of bacon, plenty of butter, red meat. Sure there were vegetables and fruit but by current dietary advice the diet was killer. And sure heart disease and cancer were lethal. But most likely that was due to everyone smoking, drinking and lack of dedicated exercise? Possibly (nobody except boxers or serious athletes used gyms in the 70s). Metabolically people were healthy(thin as rakes, no type 2 diabetes, no non alcoholic fatty liver disease, very little obesity and perhaps the root cause is that we are starving ourselves of certain fatty acids? Amazing who would have thought? I’m upping my Greek yoghurt, butter and full cream milk pronto.

I just went carnivore and lowered my pre diabetes number, no more arthritis pain, no more brain fog, I can sprint now, sleep great too. Professor Bart Kay explains a lot about what we need. Plants have oxalates and we’re making me so sick and in pain every single time I would eat veggies and I have no idea why. I never put it together why I would be in so much pain. Beef Butter Eggs Cream all day 🙌🏼💪🏼🥩.

265 g of Greek of Turkish yoghourt (with 10 % fat) gives the optimal dose of C15:0 of 200 mg. Calculated from that butter has 753 mg /100 g of C15:0.

I should be getting a lot of this. I eat plenty butter, greek yogurt and goats milk/cheese. I can't see why anyone would be deficient unless they eat no dairy.

1:01:18 the good fortune and the community service focus. I do hope the price comes down eventually. At more than a dollar a day, I’ll figure out how to trial it on myself. There’s so many people who don’t have a dollar a day to spare. So many homeless in despair with so much trauma.

What is the quantity of C 15 in. Mustard oil? I'm sure it is high. My suggestion is not to produce capsules but to promote food high in it

It's quite funny when someone who are into our biggest modern eating fad, vegetarianism, complains about that we haven't adapted to our modern world. We have a million years history of eating other things than vegetables. How many decades have we had vegans?

The massive increase in the polyunsaturated seed oils in our food chain in the last 50 to 100 years is the problem. Now I understand why my mother lived healthily to 93. She used to have cream everyday.

The interviewer lacks energy. Speaking as if he just woke up. Another issue: when you interview someone keep it about them and their views. No need for personal opinions and remarks.

This interviewer seems sincere but he rambles and really doesn’t speak intelligently about much of anything. And could she please speak without giggling? Not a great listen. And let’s Google what the Navy does with dolphins a bit more honestly, not to mention the unacceptable damage the military does to cetaceans with its undersea explosions and other destructive disruptions to sea life.

So a study for dolphins by the person who owns the company does the study. Ok. No humans. And no bias. Ok. Just eat whole food, animal meats with fats.

She mentions that grass fed beef carries more c15 often. Particularly the milk. So milk products from grass fed cows is a good source.

why this lady laughs when she talks about her product? I will consider this serious when real doctors, which are not laughing, like Dr Lustig or Dr Rick Johnson or Dr Bickman will talk about this product.
