c28 code suzuki STVA secondary throttle valve actuator repair 2004 2005 gsxr 600 750

For anyone who is wondering, without the sound it's hard to tell but basically there is the STVA electronics which are susceptible to vibration, and you can see that he shows the solder joint has broken due to vibration. I came across this when i realised my SV650S was giving an FI warning light and after a few occasions i googled it and found a thread that described the problem almost exactly. Get the revs up to about 8k in 5th or 6th gear and the warning light would come on, cos that is usually where the vibrations start to build. In this case the pcb trace is broken so he uses a knife to scrape back some of the solder mask (green covering) to resolder the pin to the trace.

honestly dont know we r electronics repair placr and o e of the clients brought that in to resolder the pad, if u r local bring it in there is no charge for looking at it

Hey @MicBergsma How do I know if the problem is from the STVA on my Burgman 400? I tried to turn my scooter on today and noticed a sound coming somewhere under the seat for 3 times them FI indicator turns on. The scooter can be turned on but I noticed it has no enough power to accelerate. it is very very slow

hi mahmoud , i have same problem hear sound from stva and my burgman doesnt exceed 80 90 MPH, i think this problem because stva

MicBergsma I solved the STVA problem by removing the air cleaner outlet tube and completely removing that (I don't know its name :p) butterfly door by removing its screws So the valve now is always open, I have no error and the scooter works just fine.
