I've watched a lot of JAYG tutorials. This is the BEST of the BEST. Thank You so much for showing start, to start each corner join. Like I said, "Yours is the Best of the BEST! Save your tutorial in my Fav's.

Enjoyed learning this method of joining as you go. Opens up a realm of possibilities for other projects. I had no trouble with the lack of vocals, following or understanding, if you are having trouble then I suggest you go back and watch the C2C video by it’s all in a nutshell. Is there a reason for doing 3 chain and a slip stitch instead of three slip stitches when decreasing or is that just the way you prefer to do it. I thought perhaps the loop,left might be used for joining but as far as I can see it isn’t. I’m so glad you didn’t have any music. I find it impossible to concentrate with annoying music in the background. Well done and Thanks for all your hard work Tatsiana.

so lovely! And you know, you could make the triangles with a stripe down the center for the center row, and then you could have the same number of rows on either side of it! This is just... well, genius!! Many thanks!

OK - note to me and all - 8 minute mark for joining new color and starting new triangle/square!!

I fell in love with the c2c when I first started crocheting 11 yrs ago. I made up over 60 squares, but fell out of love as quickly as I fell in love. I hate sewing for one, and the way they where looking as I sewed them together, frustrated me. But this method of joining you have put together, has rekindled a flame of my love for this pattern! I foresee me whipping up a lot of these now, but twice a fast. Thank you for sharing! Please fix the audio, I would love to hear what you are saying.

There is no sound in my videos. It is a "silent" channel. I talk "international crochet language" instead of using words :) Join as you go method in C2C is known for ages, I think. I just applied it to half-squares...

Absolutely amazing pattern! I'll be using this to make the Carpenter Wheel C2C crochet blanket. This video makes it possible for me because it's so easy to follow, even without audio. I cannot reas written patterns so I'm just going to take ideas from this video and go for it! Thank you!!

There is no audio. I thought it was my device, but I see someone else didn’t hear audio playback either. I love this pattern and the idea of joining as you go. Hopefully Lila can get it to playback for us. 😉

This channel is without voice instructions. Far not everyone speaks English and I have several more reasons not to use the sound. I try to explain everything with my hands instead of voice. And I want my video's to be "universal". :)

@@lillabjorncrochet6106 Ok, except there's no stitch count and no written directions to reference that I can find. This is really hard to follow.

It's a bit hard when you are joining two sides, or i should say the second half of a square to a straight side, with an odd number of boxes.

It's hard to see your hands--weather it's in the same chain or next chain. Would be easier with vocal instructions for me.--very confusing.
@lillabjorncrochet61067 жыл бұрын
I am not sure what you mean by "chain". This tutorial is not aimed to teach C2C. It only shows join-as-you-go method. The video is divided into sections, by rows and triangles. And there is a break-down with exact timing for each part. There are also written directions, explanations and a chart on my blog. the link is posted in description... If I could put voice instructions - I would do that. But honestly, not everyone speaks English.
