I can’t believe I stumbled across this masterpiece…. This brings back so much memories. Times where I was happy, actually happy. Times when I could never forget, times when I was having fun. Let’s place off on the first day of elementary school, you’re excited! You’re happy. You walk into your classroom not knowing it’s the best times of your life. It goes quick, you’re first day of fifth. You and your friends cant believe its almost over, you might think we have to wait till the last week of school for it to be over! . Not exactly, You’re already at the last week of school. You look back for teachers when you are getting your clap out. It’s emotional.. really emotional. You take your bus ride home, knowing its your last. You get home, not believing what you just experienced. 6 years of your life is now over. Another journey is waiting for you! You are no longer the oldest you are now the youngest again but it doesn’t feel right. Once you get back in school it doesn’t feel like your a actual kid. You feel like your growing, it hurts..I know. You just said goodbye of your journey of being identified as a “ Little kid”. I’m repeating this many times, you’re growing up.

All I did when I was small was wish I could grow up fast, and now I'm actually an adult, years later, it's the complete opposite. But time goes on, and we must cherish the memories...

I remember having a world with my brothers near a lake. That was the best world I’ve ever had, 6 years later I still think about it in my bed with tears in my eyes thinking “take me back”. Now we’re just mindlessly scrolling through yt shorts thinking that we’re bad because someone has more followers than us so we try to do that certain thing instead of just focusing on hobbies and things that we find interesting that stands out to… us. 💔

this song reminds me of my old xbox friend, JUST SWAGG IT. the year was 2018. i had just got an xbox one, i was 10 years old. i met a kid on fortnite, he was the same age, and we played minecraft every single day, for about a year and a half. i had to sell my xbox because of money, and my mom wouldnt let me start it up because we had to go. i didnt have a computer or phone so i couldnt do anything about it. fast forward to june of 2021. i was messaging my old xbox friends on my list and trying to find "JUST SWAGG IT". i tried everything, until i messaged everyone on my friends list asking if they were him. i get a party invite from someone on my friends list and the voice is familiar... its his younger brother, who is 2 years younger. My best friend, who i built the best minecraft world with, passed away from colon cancer, that spread very rapidly to other parts of his body (unspecified). i remember this song very clearly because my memory remembers this song as one of the songs that played alot. Minecraft made that friendship. minecraft brought joy to me, and that kids life. he was only 13 :/ Rest in peace my friend. you're missed. you were a very special person. i also wanna note that i know it was him because he had more gamerscore, and also he was able to remember and explain everything about him.

Reminds me of the good old days. My parents got divorced when I was about 6-7 and to help combat the pain, my dad bought me and my little brother a PlayStation and Minecraft. We spent every free moment on that game. I had a world called, “Way To Magic.” Those early days when you were still figuring out how to play were amazing. Building HUGE, ugly houses, but you didn’t care. You were innocent, young. I watched my favorite KZbinrs roleplay in Minecraft, pretending to be monsters and princesses. I could do anything I wanted in Minecraft and escape a troubled, painful life. But as I got older, my PlayStation was covered in dust. Left there. I played Minecraft a few days ago on that old console, I hadn’t logged in in about a year. As soon as I joined my old game, this song played. Something about the Minecraft soundtrack is nostalgic, makes me want to cry. And I think it’s because video games like Minecraft came in at such an important time in my life. They helped me. And that, parents, is why your child plays video games. To escape.

This song, I remember everything, I have an older cousin now 17 and we used to have a ps4 with 2 controllers mikey had the camo controller and I had the black one, we made a minecraft world, on that world we made a house of gold, diamonds, and emeralds, we surrounded it with sunflowers, it had a second story with the walls being made out of glass and there were 2 red beds and red carpet. after my cousin moved to Europe and the ps4 got lost and that was the last time i saw mikey. Its been over 5 years. I wish I could play once more on that world with mikey...
