For a decent HP gain, go for some longtube headers and a tune. As someone who has owned a Camaro and currently has a '06 GTO, you can go for Pacesetter if you want something cheap, but they are going to rust after a while. I'm running Kooks longtube stainless headers and couldn't be happier. They sound great. When I replaced my entire stock exhaust with Kooks and got CAI and a tune my car went from about 335 at the wheels to 375 at the wheels. Exhaust makes a huge difference on these LS engines. They are very conservative from the factory.

what coilovers are you running now ? are the DR type coilover really worth ditching the set you have ? ... I am building a bmw e21 with a c5 corvette rolling chassis, so I like that you are doing all these things to a c5 like the angle mod bracket, coilovers, etc..., it gives me a good idea of what I'll have to deal with when the time comes for my build. cheers, keep the videos coming ... even though sometimes I'd wish there was less talking, more drifting ! haha
