I get that dot crosshair is quite popular among pros and high elos, but in this case specifically how could he see that tiny speck of pixel in the middle of his screen while not actually putting his face right in front of his monitor? he's not wearing glasses too

Maybe he's using above 240hz monitor? As a 160hz monitor player, That is something that I cannot understand too
