Hi madam, Provision: Refund of pre-deposit from Appellate Tribunal shall be with Interest @9%, is NOT mentioned anywhere in the notes of this chapter. This question was in exam of May'24 and many students including me, solved it wrong by taking interest rate @6% (as stated in the notes).
