J Have An Doubts Please Ans :- Auditor is removed in AGM or EGM Since in module it is written that sent notice for AGM. So If An Auditor Was Acting Fraudulently And BOD Comes to know It Just 3-4 Month After The AGM So Will Company Wait For The Next AGM to Remove Auditor Because Only One AGM is held each Year...
