The Isabella tiger moth is the caterpillar you saw. In its larval form, its called a woolly bear and here in NE Ohio we have a festival every year named for the woolly bear! The folklore suggests how large the band of color on the caterpillar suggest how long the winter will be. They are so cool! 🦋

As someone who found meditation to be life changing for the last five years I Always encourage people to realize you're never going to be free of thoughts. Meditation is more about sitting and observing what you think about and trying to come back to peace when you realize you're out of balance.

Rats I think you are so beautiful, inside and out!!! At the beginning of this blog while you were trying on clothes, I was noticing how especially gorgeous you are looking. I’m 75 years old and celebrate how much I’ve grown. How kind and loving I am. And I am beautiful in my own way. I’ve been married 55 years to my love and soul mate. We have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. Our oldest son is stage 4 kidney cancer. We have the joy to live each day to the fullest with joy and laughter and so much love. That’s what I would tell everyone is to squeeze the life out of each day. You are enough. Love you!

Westport, Ontario. ❤️ That is about 35 minutes from where I live. Next time you visit Eamon and Bec and want to check out another town, come to my hometown, Perth Ontario. It has lots of old stone buildings and little shops. And is only about 20-25 minutes farther east than Westport.

The hairy caterpillars are called Whooly Bears. The story says they predict the severity of winter depending on how black or brown their stripes are. Not sure what butterfly they are So grateful for faith and prayer that frees us from fear ! Faith over Fear !

Sweet vlog. Loved the deep chat. What Bec said is SO TRUE. Which is why even super rich, that seem to have everything, are not necessarily happy.. because, as Bec said "happiness has to come from within and we have to take responsibility for our own happiness"... I still struggle with this, but also because there are things that I know help my happiness that I cannot have due to external parameters I have no control of eg being prisoner of divorce/family law in a place/country I don't want to be in, away from the sea and my family. Its tough.
