Great , since I only have room for my multi gym at home on my balcony . I cant use free weights to do leg exercises like the squat , which is good for all leg and core . I can do leg extensions and my gym has that attachment , and I have a strap which allows me to use a cable and strap leg pull. But for the traditional squat ? I never knew about this .
