You made a mistake when creating the Lag Sleeve. The 21.68 mm measurement below is incorrect. It should be 20.74 mm. When assembling the hydraulic pump at 1:21:44 you could already see the gap caused by the error at the top. You yourself noticed the error at 1:25:30 . You then worked with the movement lock, but that would not have been correct. Instead, you only should have changed the measurement to 20.74 mm at 54:50, not 21.68 mm. Then you wouldn't have had the assembly problems. 😉🙂 Anyway........awesome Video.

1:12:11 and 1:13:09 A hex is given by it's wrench size - the distance across flats, not across points. It would be impossible to hold manufacturing tolerance across points and is meaningless in reference to wrench tool size.

When you have made the sketch of the oil seal, the sketch isn't fully defined. May i ask why? Because i have learned that the sketch should be fully defined before you make an exctrude.
@CADCAMTUTORIALBYMAHTABALAM8 жыл бұрын
sketch should be fully defined before extruded because there will be chances of error but some time we confident that there is no error or we left some unwanted information which will not affect our geometry. due to time shortage some time i prefer to skip some unwanted dimensions.

There are two wrong measures in the beggining of the final assembly, the last part of the project. One of them is the pin hole in the lag sleeve, it must be 1.7mm length (without adding the milimeters provided by the chaffer), not 2mm, due to the chaffer applied to the 2x4pin which will reduce its useful length, since the chaffer will enter in the hole cone. The second is in the lag sleeve itself, in the sketch, it is NOT 21,68, the measure, it's 21mm. Hope this helps boys
