Could you disconnect those cooler lines without taking them out the radiator ? Or does it have to be taking off first

Yes you can disconnect them without taking the radiator out, you will just lose transmission fluid.

At 3:49 if I had to remove the expensive plastic heater control valve how can I remove it without breaking it? I’m thinking pour warm or hot water over the 2 rubber hoses? Use heat gun to soften rubber hoses??

12:30 im missing that hose and what is that for? Where that hose is that you were just holding. I only have the big one at the bottom on passenger side. and the hole next to the big one is what im missing. The previous owner block the hole with rca or whatever you call it. Is that a big deal or nothing to worry about

I believe you're referring to the power steering oil cooler.

Can you change the fluid and filter on the trans on this caddy and refill yourself? I was told years ago you have to have a machine to get the right amount.

Yes you can, just get a hand oil pump and screw onto the transmission fluid container. I put the vehicle up on jack stands level and fill till it drips out the top fill bolt hole, then put the fill bolt back in and tighten. For filter, remove the pan and pull the filter,"making sure the orange rubber o-ring seal comes out as well. the new filter comes with a new orange o-ring seal. It's as simple as pushing the filter nozzle into the hole.

+1trucavalier Just make sure the vehicle's level on jack stands, and the vehicle is running with it in Drive while you are filling it up.
