Great video. Exactly like my car and used it as a teaching tool for my son as well! Thank You

Thanks for making Washington look good. This video was very informative and helpful. Is there any advice on removing the transmission cooler lines? I didn't really understand what you did with the cut up hose clamp...but im re-watching it. Im 5 x's in so far lol

You just need a thin piece of metal to fit snug around the lines, then push it toward the cooler, and it lifts a clip inside the cooler so that the line can slide out. They make a tool for it, but none available local to me.

This video shows a little better what the transmission line tool would be doing but, the tool needed for the tyranny cooler is much smaller then the one used on fuel lines. Non were available locally so I made due with the cut up hose clamp. Watch at about 1:00 kzbin.info/www/bejne/naCbe4Gsl9p6fZo

It ran fine but it was leaking, and had to be topped off.

Just one fan is coming on in my 2005 cts. Is this normal?

@terrandean7498 One fan will run when the ac is on. The other should come on when the engine heats up to around 210 F, I believe .
