What happened to the music? I think this video had a clip from Chicago. Which fit it so well. Copywrite issues?

There is a special group of Cadillac enthusiasts who will never forget what a Cadillac really is. The true Cadillac experience belongs exclusively to those of us who learned to drive in one. Only we know who we are and only we know that Cadillac belongs to us.

Too true ! I'm in my mid 60's and on the 29th April 2021, I have owned a black 1974 Fleetwood Brougham Talisman for 38 years. An export spec metric car built right hand drive, ordered at an Opel dealers in Osnabruk Germany & delivered to Sydney, Australia. I'm 2nd owner, mine since it was 9 years old & had 102,700kilometres on it, about 60,000miles, serviced every month it now has 706,000ks on it, and with meticulous care it still drives & looks like new. Talismans were a ultra spec version the first owner hated sunroof's so it does not have one, however It has EVERY other option including the ABS/traction package & Air Cushion Restraint System (ie, the early GM airbags), It's used every day, EVERYBODY notices it, they may be a rare sight on the roads in the USA, but down here in Australia, this is like a car from outer-space. When I stop to refuel it people always come to chat as they see it on the road regularly, when they look carefully at it , they can see its just a spectacularly well loved & unrestored example Black enamel & Gold (mustard colour) fabric+leather interior. I also own a 1972 GM-Holden Australia RHD delivered Cadillac F' Brougham in Cotillion white with a green ice interior also a 2 owner car , which in October , I've owned for 32 years it's a "baby" with a mere 133,250 miles on it now, I bought it with just 19,000 miles on it. 6metres or 20 foot & 3tonne of motor car. The Best of the Best something special with power, pizazz & reliability. Solid & made to last . Greg Harvie .

This is identical to my 93 ! Enjoyed it, BUT had several issues, worst was rust though of rear wheel openings! Previously had 89 Brougham deElegance. Overall it was better quality in many ways! 👌. 🏆. So sad to see what now wears the Cadillac name 😢. Currently have beautiful low mileage 2007 Town Car Signature Limited. THAT is the last GREAT AMERICAN Luxury Sedan!

@MostlyBuicks2 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is what I was going to say. How to weather and rust a car: drive it in the winter in Chicago. Sure the body panels are well treated but the hardware, brake and gas lines and suspension, and frame components rust as easily as ever.

I hope your heat works good; mine is for crap... 😥
@DavidPysnik4 жыл бұрын
It's most likely the heater core. Check the hose to make sure it is flowing well and replace the core if necessary. It will heat great if working correctly!
@elaineewalt81374 жыл бұрын
@@DavidPysnik This car only had 55k miles on it when purchased in '17. I suppose sitting all that time it could have gone bad. It heats up some, but never reaches set temps. Thank you for that info. I will have it checked now. One thing for sure: you can't beat the gas mileage you get from a car this size! 💗👍😄✌
@gdi93204 жыл бұрын
You need to to a full coolant flush including radiator, hoses, engine block and heater core then refill it. Get that sludge out.

Full size sedans are so much better than SUVs and trucks the dumb masses buy nowadays. 99% truck and big SUV ownres don't use / need the cargo capacity at all and would be much better off with a sedan.
