IT WORKED FOR ME!! I have a 2014 CTS and after trying several different methods which were necessary to reset my car's ECM anti-theft system, I came across this video and the part about the car clicking and low battery resonated. (I didn't need relay.) I put the dead battery on a trickle charger overnight and tried it this morning and the car cranked right up. I am so happy! You are a God-send. Thank you, my brother from another mother. I've subscribed to your channel. I can't say how happy I am this morning.

Thank you family I was about to replace my starter and I pulled the fuses it was actually the one you showed and the one next to it both burnt out.

When you see open then close window on screen, do it!! That's how you reset electrical system after you change a electrical part....

I’m so frustrated with my Cadillac XTS rn I’m having this problem way too often I’m hoping that’s the issue. But I did notice there’s also a loose wire in the panel box under the steering wheel column to the left

That's the cooling fan relay. The actual relay is #2 not "fuse" #10. It was your battery.

Can l bring my car to you remember the ladies l only know to drive the car and brake that's it!!! My car is doing the exact same thing and triple A came to jump start and l remember hearing a clicking sound in the front when l shutoff the car. They are telling me l need new battery do you agree?

@@everybodyeatempire5472 realized I had to pull from the base. Mine doesn’t look as bad as yours did, only 2 of the prongs are a little orange and the plastic looks fine. Do you still think this ecm part could be the issue?

That could be Correct this was on the spot problem I had… didn’t know if it would work or not but recorded everything. I pulled the fuse took it to O Riley, and they grabbed it for me.

I also disagree. I own 3 vehicles they are all Cadillacs. All vehicles at one point or another needs maintenance just like oil change. Love my Escalade. ATS and XTS.
