Everybody’s got a different way as to how they respond criticism which is normal. What’s not normal is how bwipo constantly talks and doesn’t give anyone a second to respond. That wasn’t advice, that was complaining. The fact that he’s now considered a veteran and still talking like this is absolutely ridiculous. A good teammate (and maybe coach in the future) should be able to adjust according to the player they’re talking to. Look at all the great coaches/managers in sports and you’ll see they have great man management skills.
