Wet caramel proportions did not work i had to keep adding water. Another site says 1 cup sugar to 1/4 cup water. Few tablespoons will not do it... Anyway chef great receipes..thanks

I substituted sugar with jaggery, it came out fine but not syrupy. Did not want to add any more jaggery
