Aaah I wish I was still in New York to attend your popup! Spent 2 weeks there and I fell in love with the city! I did get to see you moderate at Hangawi Korean Festival for the Food & Bev portion. @@CafeMaddy I own a lemonade business! Handcrafted and ice-shaken like a bartender and freshly sealed in a transparent can! I popped up in San Francisco for the Chuseok Festival and the line was insane for my booth! It was my first Chuseok and I’m definitely coming back next year! My goal is to get my drink package like Halmi and be sold it stores. Also turn Drae’s Lemonade into Drae’s Cafe with all the beverages I learned through out my journey like coffee, tea, wine, etc! New York definitely gave me a lot of inspiration! Will definitely be back next year!!

Amazing donuts! I think strawberry gochujang would be amazing to pair with Korean fried chicken. My first thought when I saw the plain donuts was the Busan style of siat hotteok as a flavor. very excited about this pop up!

Thirties are the best! What fun and delicious ideas and all for a great organization! Exciting times all around. This almost makes me want to come to NYC. To try donuts 🍩🍩🍩 I stayed in a Manhattan for a week years ago and found everyone to be pretty snobby and dismissive towards round people. I wonder if Brooklyn would be a different experience 🤔🤔🤔

Tasty flavours toppings are, coconut/banana/ginger/honey with a pinch of cinnamon. Tomato Marmelade with lime and mint. ( tasty filling , sweet and fresh ) Condensed milk with roasted almonds ( who don't like almonds😂) And aloooooot of variations 😂
