I love Asian food, and I especially love how each country can use similar ingredients but so drastically change up the flavors and techniques. I started by cooking Filipino and Vietnamese food with my aunty as a kid, and since then I've learned so much about traditional and modern dishes from each country. This year especially I have learned so much about traditional Korean food and how it has evolved over time, it's fascinating and so delicious!
