There is so much wisdom in your words and good advice. Thank you for sharing. My wife and I are in our 60's and recently have seen several friends die in the past few months. It's a reminder to us of just how fast the years go by and to make the most of the time left. It's funny when I look in the mirror and see the lines on my face and the graying of my hair that the journey of my life is on the backside, but the person on the inside is very much the same as I was a few decades ago. The one no one can see. What's changed are our goals, a growing family, and an appreciation for what we have and what's yet to be explored.

Roy Clark was an amazing singer and musician. His guitar and banjo playing was unparalleled. I hope you are able to listen to more of his music as I believe you will truly enjoy it. I enjoyed your reaction as always.

Roy Clark was an incredible musician. He was co-host of a popular TV show in America in the 70's called Hee-Haw. It was a comical and endearing look at country folks. Thanks for reacting. This is one of my favorite songs,

My husband and I know and remember this song from our youth, a beautiful but bittersweet song! And now we're at the last part of our journey called life and it is very poignant! Thank You! Roy Clark, if you don't know, was a master on the guitar. He was just fabulous to watch and listen to! Again, thank you!

Doing a live performance would help you to appreciate his musician skills, especially the guitar.

He sang this at Mickey Mantle's funeral. He sang this when he was very young in the 1960's and he died in 2018
