Screamadelica is arguably one of the greatest albums of all time( in my opinion of course). If it wasn't for the fact the band were fucked up on whatever they were enjoying they could have been one of the biggest bands in the world. I fucking love primal scream.

You really open your mind to some great music. This album is a masterpiece, Primal Scream are as talented composers of music as anyone in history. Andy Weatherall mixed this version & unfortunately passed quite recently, as did their backing singer Denise Johnson. The US release of the album (Screamadelica) has a different mix of Come Together by Terry Farley, it's essentially the vocal version with Bobby Gillespie singing, more like a standard format. I actually prefer that version but the one you heard suits the album better. You might like to listen to that too if you wanted more vocals. Your assessment is accurate, they make dance music with rock instruments, just like The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays etc.

One of the greatest stoner albums ever recorded. Classic. This music is meant to be listened to live with hundreds of like minded dudes, they played amazing gigs in The Barrowlands in Glasgow, mind blowing times! x

only makes sense as a concept album. all the songs are linked as one. In fact I saw them in concert do the entire album in order just the album with choir. was biblical. amazing.

I was at the Earls Court show for the 20th anniversary of the album being released and it wasn't quite in order! But to end with Higher Than The Sun, Loaded, and then this was indeed Biblical!
