U can also just use butter. And a tablespoon is typically enough in a non-stick. I love my eggs.

I use butter as well but I add extra butter so I can cook the egg and then add the butter and the egg to rice. It’s not something I can eat all the time but damn it’s delicious.
@Unknown16537
@Unknown16537 Жыл бұрын
@@taylors445 it sounds amazing. And that's true, when u have more butter and the egg whites are thinner, it crisps extra well 😍 I probably run through either half to a full carton of eggs a week. There's just so many things you can do with them - usually when I fry it like that though, I'll make an egg sandwich so I can also use up the butter.
@taylors445

@@Unknown16537 lol you’re making me hungry! I also have to buy many eggs especially in my house because my whole family eats them. English muffin or biscuit egg sandwiches are so delicious. I will only bake a batch of biscuits to make those egg sandwiches now a days 😋

I never knew until recently that the trick is to have the pan really hot and to add a good amount of oil, it has to cover the whole bottom of the pan. It’s hard to mess up when you do those 2 things.

Olive oil with eggs? I prefer butter in a pan that doesn't stick and seasoning afterwards often leads to a bad texture. I do like the crispy edges and hate the slimy whites. Love runny yolks. I consider myself somewhat of an eggist. Lol. I am more fond of the over medium. Cooking it on both sides, ensuring no uncooked whites but preserving the runny eggs. That's the best way to order it imo to prevent the whites from being runny.
