Hey mate, great catch! Maybe with the big live bait (was it a mullet?) try some bigger hooks so you can get cleaner hooksets on the big ones, and also some heavier line! What pound line do you have on it now?? I would recommend probably 40lb braid with 50lb leader, that way your drag doesn’t have to be so loose! Those are just some suggestions! Can’t wait to watch more! Tight lines man 🇦🇺🤙🎣🇦🇺🤙🎣

Thanks for watching m8 😃 Yes the live bait was mullet 20lb braid and 40lb leader. Loose drag as I lost my rod holders somehow 🫣 & I dont want to swim in these rivers retrieving rods 🐊 Iv just been Kmart for some more holders
