The Fever beat the Lynx. Even though Reeves had her team playing rough with CC. But she forgot that the Fever has some other wonderfully gifted teammates. It wasn't one of CC's best games, but the Fever has at least 4 other very good players - and team players. Collectively those other players took advantage of the Lynx double teaming CC to make scores. A good win for the Fever. A good win for all the scoring Fever teammates. As a team they beat the Lynx. But CC is the heart of the team and her great playmaking and excellent ability to see play opportunities and pass the ball - made the day. Michell, Boston, Lexi, Smith, etc have really stepped up - individually ad as a unit. CC is not a ball hog nor is she interested in only setting records for herself. She is making everyone and everything aroud her much better. Her teammates are stepping up. They are functioning as a well oiled machine. Now they are a deadly weapon together. Looks like they will be in the playoffs. And I look forward to next year - when they are playing this well from Game # 1.
