He is right, Caitlin Clark is the first rookie in WNBA History to be denied, face guarded, Double teamed , Triple teamed 94 Feet as soon as she catches the ball. Every point, steal, rebound and assist she gets has to earn it. The Fever need to build a better team around her so that she can pass them the ball to score. But they can't even catch a simple pass from Caitlin. Real Talk.

But were more physical - & when they made a basket - they took a hit for it!! Caitlyn probably just practiced all the time & perfected her shooting! ....But it is not a 1 woman sport & is very physical! They will break her in for sure!

And likely because she was basically on an island in Iowa, she was able to grow her fan base so big. We know the other veteran players are mostly better as real hoopers, but they didn’t have as big of brands coming into the league. And that’s just facts when it comes to the business side of what she’s bringing to the league. The WNBA will cater to her, just like it did Jordan & Lebron. Actually no. I mean these same players played competitively in college and there is a large following there so... The problem has really been lack of media buys and the trash coverage. Some of us were fans for years. In fact, the women's Olympic team drew me in decades ago. I was excited with the league for started. It had a large following then. Somehow the league screwed that up. Hard to find games on. Constantly changing the channels and the times. Couldn't see games you wanted to see. Like I said, that has been the problem. I still know people that continued to follow but a lot gave up. Also, these same kids go to NBA games with their parents. And football games. Nah, this Marketing 101. The NBA did it when it was failing. It was Bird-Magic, East vs West, white vs black, the loveable guy vs the serious guy, flashy vs blue collar. The WNBA is doing it too.
