CC has elevated the WNBA beyond anything they might have dreamed of. Ticket sales and TV viewers, merch sales, and EVERYONE, including Aja Wilson, upping their game. Forget the records she has. She’s fun to watch. The WNBA always looked like the old clunky WNBA before. This is a different level.
@JahninkАй бұрын
As a rookie 22 yr old, Caitlin Clark is the best all around player in the WNBA. No question about it.

How many assist did Simone have. People like to talk about the fact Simone did it in 34 and it took CC 39 but how many assist did she have. CC broke the season assist fecord

I would never have heard of AR if it weren't for Caitlin. Si I watched some WNBA to see what AR was so angry. All I can say about AR is she can rebound, even if a lot of them are her own misses, lol, true that. She can't shoot, misses lay ups like there 30 feet away, doesn't pass the ball. And since the beginning of the season, she has made almost no improvement to her game. While Cat C is setting record after record. Took a losing team to the play-offs. She is unselfish, great passer, great shooter, and has a high IQ for the game. She also makes her teammates better. She is light years ahead of AR, and not sorry to say the battle for ROTY was over weeks ago, clearly with no doubt Caitlin is the winner.

So , who is the REAL ALLROUND MVP this season, Aja Wilson or Caitlin Clark?
@frankradcliff660Ай бұрын
Clark by light years.
@JahninkАй бұрын
Aja who? 😂😂😂
@sanjosesharks98Ай бұрын
CC. Both as the player who is most valuable to her team and the league as well as the best basketball player in the league. No shade at Aja. She is incredible. CC is once in your history.
@JahninkАй бұрын
@@sanjosesharks98 Based on her athletic talent, poise and demeanor, I'd call young 22 yr old Caitlin Clark the MVP of all sports, not just the WNBA or even the NBA. She is demonstrating true sports(man)ship, something you want all young athletes to emulate. She should be celebrated instead of physically victimized. The NBA is NOT an innocent bystander. They could control this. But they don't.That is not a good reflection on sports, including them. I won't support them with my viewership anymore.

You guys ( sport annoucers) always got something to complain about....MVP is Wilson...base her team record and her leadership and sportsmanship. Clark is ROTY....her leadership and sportsmanship and her setting records....Now let's start getting excited about the playoffs . Wilson and Clark are two very talented players...
@SidneyABoddieАй бұрын
Yes fact, but CC is hands down ROOKIE OF THE YEAR.
@sanjosesharks98Ай бұрын
Aja is not the MVP. She’s not even the best basketball player in the WNBA. CC is. Aja is a lock down defender. But she is not the rebounder, blocker, stealer, shooter, ball handler or playmaker CC is based upon position. No shade at Aja. She’s phenomenal. CC is once in a lifetime. The WNBA has NEVER had this in 3 decades.

IF. That's a big IF. THEY GET EQUAL TREATMENT BY THE OFFICIALS they could beat anyone even the aces!
@loren719Ай бұрын
is there a "glitch" in the information, as Clark got 746 pts in 39 games, where as Simone got 744 pts in only 34 games ??!!j??? I've heard several commentators spout these same numbers; It looks like Simone got 744 pts in only 34 games, where it takes Clark 39 games to get to 476 pts ?!? So by this count, Clark didn't beat Simone.... right? Someone help me understand this!
@arethereanyuniquehandlesАй бұрын
The record is in the rookie season, number of games isn't a factor, so yes CC broke Simone's record. No different than other sports, such as baseball where HR records were broken in a longer season, it is the new record...
@suep3399Ай бұрын
Grow up...that will help you.
@gametime2473Ай бұрын
There are more games in the season now than back then. Clark has the record for most points because there were more games. It's annoying but the WNBA needs more games. They need more games than what they changed it to. They should just go with the NBA model of the playoffs too. A 7 game series makes WAY more money.

It has to be tough to have been one of the GOAT’s and have this rookie come in and destroy all these records and make the entire WNBA look pedestrian, boring and plain bad basketball. No one has EVER been able to play like CC. I mean, breaking your CAREER high in her rookie year? Has to be tough to watch
@gametime2473Ай бұрын
Yeah, Swoopes was hating and stubborn about it but people need to just let that go, it's so played out at this point. I sense that once the heat dies down, she's going to be different. Ego gets tied up in all this and Swoopes like other athletes have a big ego.
@ds31579Ай бұрын
You can't make what Swoopes has been doing to ego. She lied and did everything in her power to diminish her accomplishments. Now look at Montgomery she is on the same level as Swoopes. WNBA is corrupt with a black lesbian triad that thinks it's their league.
