I'm 25 and will never give up on my skinny jeans lol. It's hard to find stretchy soft ones that make your bum look good though. Since 90s fashion is in, denim is getting harder again :( Also I don't care if I'm wearing a 10 dollar white shirt. If a stranger spills something on me I will be upset lol. I hate plane rides in genera. I was on a 13 hour international flight and the person next to be was clearly sick. Coughing and sneezing everywhere. Big surprise, I got sick shortly after lol.

I am so glad to hear someone young talk about skinny jeans. I’m 52 and slender like you. I was in my 20s during the 1990s, and jeans sucked back then. I didn’t like myself in jeans. When skinny jeans exploded onto the fashion scene, I was elated. Never had I felt as good in a pair of jeans. Now the baggy and wide-leg jeans are in vogue, I’m out. I don’t want to have two pairs of wider legged jeans in different lengths to be worn with flats or heels. With skinny jeans, I can wear whatever heel height I want. I think we should all stick to what we feel and look our best in, and not fret about what influencers or fashion mags are telling us. It’s okay to wear different denim styles; the world will not end over this silliness. However, unlike you and many others, I don’t like high-waisted anything. They make me look like I have no upper body. 😂 Mid-rise is my preferred waist.

This is so sad because we know LV canvas gets thinner over time but Goyard’s canvas is literally paper thin. Most of their bags are leather lined but for me a big reason to own a coated canvas *esluxy* bag is that it is lightweight and indestructible

They were drinking Metaxa and started arguing loudly with me in the middle, and Metaxa breath going back and forth. As I do not have so much money I can spend on luxury, I have always a long time to think if a bag will be versatile for my lifestyle and wardrobe, at least one good thing 🤣. Luckily I had not your experience on a flight but there was once a men on a flight from the US to Germany and he was afraid of flying so he tried to talk to me the complete flight while I just wanted to sleep for a least a few hours. Even when I closed my eyes and putted on my ear phones he was still talking 🙄

The floor is lava, ahahaha! I got a drink spilled on me once, but it was my own drink. It was sitting innocently on my tray table when the person in front of me, apropos of nothing, decided to violently rear back in the seat to readjust themselves, and my drink became airborne. Luckily, it was just a seltzer, but it was quite cold and got all over my shirt.

Yay, handbag update! Love the new attitude and approach to life. I’m currently entering my most casual phase of adulthood, being a SAHM. I’ve also been in a decluttering phase with my bags and slowly selling half my collection amassed in the past few years. I still want 1-2 Lady Dior’s, but I’m mostly focused on adding functional bags that I can use everyday (with/without children). Instead of skinny jeans, I wear straight leg jeans that stop around the ankle. It is almost a straight leg, and equally flattering, but more up to date, I think. As to worst thing on a plane, I would say the time I flew coach on a nine hour red eye, and the rows were diabolically close, and I was in a middle seat, and on one side, the woman was spilling a little into my territory. It was literally stress position torture all night.

I love fashion and clothes (though youd never guess it from the handful of videos ive done LMAO). I think though, as with most things, it's highly personal and subjective. In general, I hate skinny jeans- I tend to prefer a straight leg or wider flare type, but I did actually wear a skinny jean yesterday, as I had uggs on and lets face it.... hard to wear bulkier at the bottom jeans with any kind of boot unless it's a style that works with that (like my cowboy boots for instance, which I wear often with the wider cut jeans). I love handbags and purses and such, though stay away from the luxury brands cause, well, price. Lets be real there. I can do a lot with $5K+ that doesn't involve a bag ;) But am fond of my Coach and Kate Spade and similar ones, and that's as high end as I am willing to personally go. I don't do the big logos, I think they are tacky (jmo). The person across the room doesn't need to know where I got my purse, you know? But, to each their own. As far as the gentleman on the plane.... I fly a LOT, and I would be MORTIFIED if I were the offender and FURIOUS if I was the victim! Though, this is one reason why if possible, I try to remember to toss a sweater or ask for a blanket (not always available) - i wont use it personally (cause ew) but I WILL use it to throw over my stuff as a protective barrier...... and as a courtesy to OTHERS, and because I know myself and drinks, I always bring my own cup (with a lid!) and pour my drink in it and keep the lid on it. This way, if it falls because I jerk, my neighbor jerks and bumps my tray, we hit turbulence, whatever..... it MY drink spills..... its not going to spill on ANYONES items! be courteous people, be courteous.....

Logo free and casual looks are refreshing to see to say the least, I'm so tired of seeing the same outfits and the same logos everywhere ! Having said that there's inherently nothing wrong with a logo back in the day it even had an aura of prestige but its become so rampant that it does the opposite of what its supposed to and makes the person look cheap.
