My daughter made the viral pasta with vegan feta from our local Co-op and it was pretty darn good. I'm going to send her this link so we can try these pastas as well. The more great pastas to eat the better.

I'm Finnish and the oven feta pasta had been viral here and everyone was making it on social media while back. I was surprised to see that it came viral on international channels little later, I have just seen all these youtube videos about the Tiktok pasta. 😄

I love the variety to your recipes. I know that a lot of your recipes are oil free and more “healthy”, I think it’s great that you also provide indulgent recipes that include more oil, vegan butter and vegan cheese! It’s all about balance! I love to eat more wholesome healthy recipes sometimes and than other times I just want a good comforting pasta with all the oil lol.

Hi Caitlin! I love your videos, and I was wondering if you would ever think of doing an alternative pizza recipes video. I have seen pizza crust made with oat flour, as well at cauliflower, and also squash pizza crusts. I would also love to see your favorite combinations for toppings too!

I like pesto pasta or pasta salad made with cherry tomatoes, vegan mozzarella marinated in a oil seasoning and herb mixture, and basil. Then mix it all together including some of the marinade.

I love the fact you acknowledged the original creators of that recipe and as opposed to replicating it, you decided to come up with your own flavours! I must say, these sound much better to me - so much more interesting! Plus, *that* pasta just wasn't created as a vegan one and it doesn't come out great with the plant based substitutes ;P Much better to just celebrate the concept and vegan ingredients which work lovely together! Lots and lots of love! Stay safe and have a wonderful end of the week! . P.S. Please, just do what your heart desires. Don't force on yourself creating content you are not excited about just because it is popular - I will much rather watch your classic videos or a take on viral recipes like in this video - you know, a more creative and "your" take on them ;)

I eat plain whole wheat pasta and sometimes white pasta totally plain with nothing added and completely enjoy it. I eat about 900 grams dry weight or about 3000 calories of plain pasta in one meal.

I do the same thing with oats, quinoa, white rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, and lentils. I eat big monomeals of them with nothing added and comletely enjoy them like that.

Where is the pesto link? Here is my recipe Vegan Pesto [also gf] Ingredients: 3 packs basil spinach lemon juice lemon zest lime juice lime zest olive oil nutritional yeast cashew parmesan cheese or cashew cheese spread/sauce seasonings I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder half avocado or vegan cream cheese for spread for drizzle leave out minced garlic sunflower seeds How to Make: Take all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds and put in food processor. Blend until smooth [or drizzly]. Then, blend in sunflower seeds until it gives a nice crunch. How to Store: Put in a mason jar for the spread or use a washed chocolate [or caramel or strawberry] sauce container for the drizzle. Store in fridge. Uses: Spread on toast, take dinner rolls with the spread and shredded vegan cheese then cook in broiler, put the drizzle on top of vegan pizza [or use the spread kind in place of sauce], put in pasta instead of tomato sauce, or on tofu or really anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please try this in a video its so good its my go to sauce for everything and its soy free, gluten free, nut free and vegan of course! It took a long time to invent this recipe try out its uses and type it up so it would mean a lot to me if you used it but if not that's ok!
