omg thank you for the tip about how to cut tofu, my tofu pieces always came out so uneven but you made it look so easy, I’m excited to try! I also really appreciate how you share your knowledge about why you use certain ingredients! As someone who is new to Veganism and cooking, I am not familiar with the reasoning behind using a lot of ingredients so the fresh black pepper tip really helped thank you!

Most Asian cuisine restaurants are very accomodating when it comes to making vegan versions of meat-based entrees, even the fast food places...don't be afraid to ask them! And every fast food Chinese, Japanese and Thai restaurants actually have many existing options. I have asked places where I've lived to make vegan version of sweet & sour chicken, general tsao, pad Thai, etc...they were very good.
@broccolini4 жыл бұрын
KT G True! But you have to watch out for fish sauce which is in many thai dishes and can‘t be left out because it‘s already in the sauce. At least thats my experience 🤷🏻♀️
