@@macadon041 400. Here lately I been doing 400 at 15 minutes and flipping half way. It’s hard to over cook wings so just check it with meat thermometer. All air fryers different. Well I intend to flip half way but hardly ever do haha

So I made these a couple days ago. I omitted the red pepper because of my mom and 2 year old. I also needed to double the amount of butter called for, in order there to be a substantial amount of sauce. I also put one tablespoon of salt instead of half a tablespoon. All that to say, they were AMAZING! Thank you so much for this recipe!

Me and my brother made wings and we split the wings up in like 5 groups and seasoned them differently with lemon pepper, homemade cajun seasoning, regular buffalo sauce, and some others that I can’t remember but the were so good. We baked them and we did half the batch fried in vegetable oil. They were all gone in around 3 minutes. We had around 2 pounds

I tried this tonight. I took the wings out about 17 minutes early and they were still overcooked. Otherwise, very good, in terms of actual flavor. I loved the sauce. When I next make these, I will try halving the cooking time.

All Wings Everything I am going to change up the cooking method: Going to sous vide the wings first Let them sit in the fridge until ready to eat to dry them out and then flash fry them mix them in with the Cajun and butter.

You're not slow...its a great question. You can use 1/2 teaspoon plus a 1/4 teaspoon equals 3/4 teaspoon
