Yeah my wife is the one who turned me on to the crispy shallots. I could eat those out of a bowl with a spoon :)

May I ask where you got your video experience? I am impressed by each and every video you do. Very professional and near perfect. You put humour, any and all information, clear and like I said, near perfect. Do you rehearse or just one take?
@CookingWithRy6 жыл бұрын
Just self taught. There is always stuff that gets edited out, a misspeak, mumbling, stuff like that :)
@brewingman566 жыл бұрын
@@CookingWithRy Yes I see the edits but they are pretty subtle.
@Miasma16 жыл бұрын
These look great. You can definitely taste the crab?
@CookingWithRy6 жыл бұрын
Yep. And it's easy to up the crab flavor, either by adding more in the mix or on top :)

Why do you only have 29k subs?! Open a restaurant! You would be the best.

The attention to detail is really great with this video/recipe. I like the pinch of seasoning added for presentation along with the extra crab meat and the fried shallots. You've inspired me to try the shallot trick. They would be great on top of a smash burger! When is the cookbook coming out? Love the background music too. How creative is your take on the usually boring deviled eggs!

Thanks for the kind words. These were some tasty eggs :)

Thank you, William! I hope winter isn't too harsh on you this year and have a great 2019 :)
@timvandyke81656 жыл бұрын
That looks awesome! I would have to modify it for my family since they do not like crab. I love it, so it would be in mine. The fried shallots is a great idea.
@CookingWithRy6 жыл бұрын
I've gotta say, you could do this with no crab and just the shallots and it would be awesome :)

This recipe looks great I will be making your cajun spice today. Thanks On an unrelated topic when you use you Weber grill can you try to include the temperature that you are trying to achieve
@CookingWithRy6 жыл бұрын
I try to do that, especially in the more recent videos, but I do sometimes forget. I'll try to make sure that gets in there :)
