Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds of Ground Beef
- 2 Cups of Long Grain Rice
- 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Green & Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Yellow Onion
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 Bay Leaves
Seasonings 1 TBSP of the following:
- Slap Ya Mama Creole Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Ms. Dash Original

Dirty rice is so different for different people. This one is approachable, so kudos for that. My rice just isn't dirty unless theres offal. I typically use chicken inards from inside the chicken I roast while cooking this. You can also drain some of the drippings from the cooked chicken into it, or use pork instead of beef, add a jalepeno, or dry cayenne... This recipe is nothing but not flexible. Keep up the good work. My only actual advice is you or Mr. Heat should consider learning to sharpen your knives. You dont want to get cut with a dull knife. An accident with a clean knofe is a cut, not a tear. A cut heals cleaner, faster, and with less scarring.

Yess, it really varies from person to person and even culture to culture! I actually did just get them sharpened recently at Ace Hardware!!! Never knew they offered that service

@@brisheat me either, there you go making things approachable again. You might mention that in an upcoming video. Some people don't want to buy materials to sharpen their own blade or are nervous about damaging their blades and then end up with unusable tools.
