今回はセドリック・グロレ氏のレシピを参考にフルール・ド・ヴァニーユというケーキを作りました。

@@cerfblanccuisine1047 im trying some as well! Did you get his fleurs book? Any reason why he refers to every tip as St. Honore? LOL. I genuinely don't know to which tips he refers anymore! For the one you did I thought he used a non St. Honore tip...but guess not!

Yes. I really love his creation and his books but his books are not really correct. we could get inspiration from it but we should arrange them too...

Omg how many vanilla goes in this dessert? I'm getting scared..😂 This must be hella expensive and also delicious! I really want to try this recipe.. Thanks for the great video! Keep up your good work!😊🤍

Thank you for your comment! I used 7 vanilla beans for this cake but it used much more pods in original recipe..! I'm glad to hear you enjoy my video😊
