Ciao Chis, as you might remember we bought our little apartment up there on Via Faro with Ivan and your priceless guidance... I can't say enough good things about this location, seriously it has it all. The location is perfect. The views!!! You get a castel for crying out loud. Gorgeous Historical center, sea views Talao tower and Cirella Island in the distance. We thoroughly enjoy waking up to that view. We found a short cut down to beach and town this year and it's only a 15min walk if you want to walk in the morning for your cappuccio and cornetto it's lovely 🤍 What an incredible property. Hi Roberta! YES! I remember! LOL we were droning your property before you purchased and one of our viewers contacted me because they through they were being spied on. I told her it was us and we laughed then had a great lunch together and are great friends now. The people up there are the best and the location is perfect. I just can't get over the views!

Hi April, yes the street that goes to the beach is just below the apartment and the historic center is just across the way. This one is so ideally located! Everything is a short walk!

Can you rent studio apartments without a small kitchen? Like this one

Sure! You basically rent it as a room but indicate it has a private entrance, However Pete and I found a small but functional kitchen at Ikea for a little over 500 euros. You can probably utilize the bathroom plumbing and put it against the wall next to the bathroom and move the bed across under the window and put in a small bistro table. You would have to get a geometra to do this and (disclaimer) I am not a geometra so you need to check with one.
