Dave, it's not a criticism, just positive feedback.....can you just insert a page in your video a description of the property?.....Metres^2, condo fees, number of rooms , bathrooms etc etc......as investors we need to know the numbers as well as the dream picture you are painting. It's a fantastic property but it's important to know the numbers too.....thanks for the videos

Depending on the plumbing, I would fix up that huge cavernous storage room with the boiler on the ground floor and turn it into the large eat in kitchen. I would rip out the whole kitchen and open it up, making the 1st floor the reception rooms and guest bedrooms. The top floor would be my private suite

You can use it as a table, and pull stools up to the island (leave a space underneath for the stools). It’s a place to lay out large projects. It’s a very versatile space. Flexible. This channel is amazing. I'm becoming more and more tempted to take the plunge and look to own a property in Italy. The boiler I'd block off and have a wine cellar. The kitchen I would take the walls out and open up the area to more light and an open space. You could easily turn this into a beautiful B & B if you had serious money to spend on it. This is the sort of property that could completely change your life. Stunning.

I am blown away and in love at the same time. I thoughts are all over the place. One thought is to expose the brick on the ceiling. I would split it up into two apartments. But, that beautiful room would be my bedroom. Would move in and do the work a little at a time.

I would use the "second apartment" as kitchen and dining room (dining in the room with the columns), possibly a guest bedroom. I would tear down the current kitchen to create a nice lounge area and use the other two rooms as bedrooms, and a kickass lounge in the upper room. I'd use some of the storage spaces on the ground floor as office space and a recording studio.
@lorrainepagan-tyler643

I agree. I would keep the kitchen where it’s at, knock down that wall in the kitchen to keep it open with an island and dining area. I’d keep the bedroom where it’s at just pull off the wall paper throughout paint it all white to keep it crisp and airy though out. I’d put some wood beams in the living room and bedroom.

Grow some lovely little trees on the balcony. It is a different vibe from a Canadian lodge amongst the piney forest though, but you're not far from the mountains or the beaches. As long g as you have a scooter, sounds like you can go anywhere. Also, you could probably find even less expensive properties in the wooded countryside nearby if you don't like living in town.
