It dates back to 1940. It is a renovation project and if one were to purchase it it would be wise to get an idea of the renovation costs for a builder before making a purchase. The value is in the location, the size of the property footrprint, the garden and the views. For the right person it is a great value.

It really can. The location cannot be beat. Scalea has a built in tourist market in Summer. They love the historic center. If someone were to purchase this and create rental units as part of it they could do well. It has so many pluses.

I agree! It needs a little love and I would reconfigure the spaces because the sq meters are an ok size. I think you could do a lot with that space.

Hi Richard, It has not been lived in for some time and in this climate with the sea close by and the wind and weather, it has deteriorated. It needs love.

Chris…there are IJEN Blue granite stairs in that Palazzo. We really like that stone, although it is very expensive.
