Hi, One thing Im a little confused on…. Ca++/calmodulin is in both smooth muscles AND axon terminals? When acting on smooth muscles we get phosphorylation/activation but when ca++ binds to calmodulin in an axon terminal, we get exocytosis of acetylcholine? Is that right?
