Just found these and will work my way through all of them now. I just finished Kahn Academy's Algebra course and was dreading watching his Calculus course. Your videos are exponentially better. Cleaner drawings, cleaner handwriting, concise descriptions, no redundant explaining, no caustic voice, no use of Indian names in word problems. Much better at conveying concepts. Kahn will repeat the same sentence three or four times in a row like Rainman in his strident voice. It's clear you are willing and able to make videos to pass on knowledge and he is doing what he's doing for other reasons. I guess I shouldn't knock him too much for laboring to make me something for free. But still.

Derek Owens, I am so glad I found your channel! Is there any particular book you were following for these Calculus tutorials?

Thanks, Ahnaf. No one textbook was used for these videos. These videos are all from the calculus course that I wrote myself over a few years. I referred to various textbooks and other sources. These videos will track along with the student workbook that was written to go along with this course.

Dear professor may l ask you a question is optimization calculus an exception or a part of the infinitésimal calculus? Thanks lot

Hello, Mus Kamel Ogbi. Optimization is one class of problems that infinitesimal calculus is useful for solving. I would not consider optimization to be a type of calculus, but rather an application of calculus. Hope that helps!
