Kelly is from Texas. She lives in LA because of her talk show but she also owns a ranch in Montana. She recorded 6 versions of I dare you. One in English and the other 5 as duets with each of the 5 singers. She doesn't speak any of the languages. She learned them all phonetically. She learned all 5 parts in just 4 days. In the video you watched the other singers parts were edited in, but Kelly sang her part straight through, flipping back and forth between English and 5 other languages. She has sung in other languages before because she was trained in opera.

If you listen to Kelly's show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, you can tell that she's from Texas. She has a ranch in Montana, she sold a house in Tennessee for a few million dollars, she has one or two houses in California, and I'm not sure about any other properties she has. During the pandemic while she was in Montana, she put out this song in six different languages and also for the deaf. Kelly can sing any song, any genre. This is true. Her 2019 billboard music awards opening medley was also epic. She was the host and in pain the entire show because she had appendicitis. She finished the show ( which lasted hours) and had emergency surgery right after.

They are very well-known artists in their countries, so they are musicians, the song is recorded during the pandemic when the world was in quarantine. Kelly wanted the song to be like this, international, but she wanted to be recorded in a studio live with everyone, but due to the pandemic this was the best solution.
