I'm curious about the calendula tea blend / decoction you mentioned that you take twice per month to help flush out excess hormones from the liver, I'm curious when you drink this tea, in your follicular phase, leutal phase, just before bleeding or bleeding phase of the menstral cycle? 🙏🩸

When discussing the salve, you say you mix calendula with something that sounds like "oocnia" powder. I can't find anytime that resembles that word. Will you let me know what that is please? Thank you!

How do I know how often to use this say in a tea? Everyday? 2 times per day? Just not sure.

Hi there! How much to drink is different for everyone, but you can safely drink 2-3 cups daily. It is a very mild tea with no known side effects. I drink it as detox tea daily for a period of a week, then go back to my usual tea blends.
