Glad you're enjoying Kinnikuman. Every fight has been a hit thus far. I just wish the cour was longer than 12 episodes. Seeing Terryman back in action has been a great treat this year.

a few things: - Terryman was really the only major Choujin left because the Perfect Origin-arc happens basically shortly after the end of the original series finale arc ("Scramble for the Throne") which left many Seigi- and Akuma-Choujin heavily injured. Terryman back then was one of the few who made it out of that story relatively unharmed. Heck, Geronimo standing there was a small wonder considering he got squashed in the Scramble arc right in the beginning by the villain Omegaman. Yes, Geronimo is the professional Jobber of the heroes. - Terryman fighting the biggest and thus heaviest wrestler is part of his characters Gimmick. Ever since he lost a leg Terryman was basically forced to battle the heaviest member of all the villain factions and lift them above his head to show that, even if he needs prostetic now, that he still is the wild fighter from Texas with an unbending will. - The power-system of Kinnikuman works differently from how Dragonball for example used it. Thier Choujin level only describes their raw, physical power potential. It doesn't account for the intelligence of said choujin, meaning, in theory, you could beat a choujin with a power-level of 1 Billion if you outsmart them. This is what makes Kinnikumans take on that idea way more interesting.

I'm glad that the first match is with Terryman to showcase that while Kinnikuman is the title protagonist who is arguably the best there is. This series is at its best when it focuses on his allies because they have a unique style of fighting, motivation, and personality that make them interesting to watch and fight. Not to say Kinnikuman himself isn't interesting he is also a great character, but like in wrestling, it's always important to give spotlights to the fan favorites than the face of the wrestling company, I love it. Two fun facts: Kinnikuman's dad, Mayumi Kinniku, the one who was banging on the door to his room, is one of the two characters voiced by Akira Kamiya. He is a legendary voice actor in Japan that has voiced a lot of famous characters in anime since the 70s', including Kenshiro in OG Fist of the North Star, Ryo Saeba in City Hunter, and Kinnikuman himself in OG Kinnikuman anime and reprise his role in the Ultimate Muscle Japan only movie and games too (I believe he didn't voice Kinnikuman in the JP Ultimate Muscle anime). The second character he voiced we'll see soon is Prince Kamehame, who is King Muscle's teacher in the OG series who teach him the kinniku buster. Talk about passing the torch between VAs. The second fun fact is that the ending credits Chojin Fighter or Chojin is a master piece of ending sequence because it's based on all the volume's cover art of the OG series from 1 to 36. Which explains why you see pages from the manga as it transitions to the next cover art. It's Jojo level of amazing attention to detail or when Dragon Ball Super calls back to Dragon Ball in their ending credits.

In case you missed it... Yes, there was a moment when Terryman continued to fight while missing his arms. In fact the guy he was fighting was the one who stole them. He did get them back though however his leg is in fact very much still gone and is a prosthetic.
