‪@RoadsRivers-CVG‬ A trip up the California coast with multiple fun stops along the way. A visit to Pacific Star Winery north of Fort Bragg for some fine wine sampling, on to the towering Redwoods including stops at the Rockefeller Grove, the Big Tree, Candelabra Redwoods. Continuing on through the Lost coast up to Ferndale. In Arcata, there was the 'The Finnish Sauna and Hot Tubs' which was wonderfully relaxing. I stayed at a private place overlooking the dramatic coastline just south of Trinidad and hiked in the Sue-Meg State Park - Sea Stacks and rugged coastline. From here it was on to the South Fork of the Smith River - pack rafting a short but challenging class 2/3 section of this magnificent, pristine watershed.
