+The aShadow-1 Honestly, most of time diving California I'm only down for 1:30 or less. I have done a static apnea of 5 min. You 3 min is excellent. There are freediving classes that a recommended to learn safety and breathing techniques. Happy Hunting!

Great footage and editing guys. Not sure how you keep a mask with that giant mustache or keep that beard inside your hood. Wish I could handle mine better. Vaseline doesn't cut it. :)
