Beautiful, cozy home!! For the split wallpaper, do what Drew did in his guest room where he used fabric trim to outline the walls. You could cover the split easily with a pretty upholstery trim!!

OMG! I truly enjoyed this video! I love how you and your husband interact with each other. I see, not just the love but also the friendship between you two. If you guys continue in that way, your marriage should last a long time and be very happy. I appreciate you sharing your mistakes in some of your DIYs. That's very helpful for those of us who want to try those days themselves. I love your channel and look forward to each episode.

I feel like what you need for your dining area is a round table instead instead of any other shape! It would be so much easier to create a floor plan that flows more naturally and makes more sense to the eye! Love your videos sooo so much, there are loads of good home decor & DIY channels out there but only one Tina! You come across as a genuinely wholesome & amazingly sweet human being & that sets you apart!

Oh gosh Tina this was such a fun tour of all of the really cool and beautiful things you have done in your apartment, I was thinking with that wallpaper that is coming off you could add a trim on that split with some upholstery trim that would just add some beauty to that beautiful wall paper and make it more secure. I am excited to see more of your makeovers and DIYs also. I also saw that beautiful flower picture that I won from you on your bathroom wall and I love seeing my picture on my wall because I think about you everytime I see it. bathroom and kitchen paint has teflon in it to make it easy to wipe down and clean. Therefore, some peel and stick wallpaper may not stick well in bathrooms or kitchens if it has the specialty paint as the teflon will repel the stickiness! I guess it could also depend on the type of peel and stick adhesive also. I found this out in my own bathroom too.

Have you thought about adding a strip of trim to cover the areas where the wallpaper where it is coming apart?
@gretafrancis5224 ай бұрын
Hi Tina, love your content. If I may suggest, in the unused bathroom, I would either use a bit of wall paper paste to tackle the seams or use the same bendable trim that is in your primary bathroom to hide the seams, that way it will tie in abd look cohesive. For bathrooms, vinyl wall paper works best. Hopes this helps. Designer from Canada.

Always thought you might be able to squeeze a bit more space from the dining area to give to the seating area. The credenza could back up to the sectional, and your sofa table move into its place. That second floor arched nook, Brian's office area, the kitchen and seating area, and the owners bath are amazing. I am getting ready to attempt the mantel cover you did in your former house.

I really think you should consider doing a large round table where your dining table goes. Just a thought, but you have so many straight lines it makes it very hard and linear. I think a round table would help to soften it and change its flows a bit. Maybe you could do a kidney shaped table? That would be cool.
