Thanks for the memories. I lived in Porterville CA about 150 or so miles from Yosemite for 41 years. Yosemite is a beautiful place.

We visited from the UK and booked a room in the Priest House hotel. But got nervous on the mountain as the only guests, so drove down and stayed at the Groveland hotel. Great welcome lovely stay. Stunning Yosemite followed. Hope to do it again one day.

It is a cool town, lots of history, and the highway on both sides of town were well worth riding.

Love this, not sure how missed this one. Have wanted to ride and stay in Yosemite, on over thru Hollister and Big Sur. Good stuff!!
