Thank you for the information. I have a question, in your presentation you mentioned that the pay data report must require the ethnicity of the employee. What is the employee declines to provide their is in the city? How can an employer comply with this requirement?

So do this mean I can go to my boss and ask them to let me see how much I'm getting paid compared to other people, because I feel like I'm being under paid but I can feel them just lying to me. Hope to hear from you soon!

man can't find clear instructions how you report. what good is law about pay transparency if you don't know how to report?
